Empire works to provide accurate product, pricing, availability, couleur, specification, and service information. Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, prices may change without notice due to supplier updates, exchange rates, freight charges, taxes, duties, promotions, or product availability.

Payment terms, deposits, balances, taxes, and delivery charges will be communicated at the time of purchase or on the invoice. Orders may not be released, shipped, or scheduled until required payment has been received.

Special-commande, imported, custom, tinted, cut, made-to-measure, or supplier-restricted products may be final sale and may not be cancellable once ordered. Clients are responsible for reviewing product details, measurements, quantities, coloriss, batches, spécifications, and installation requirements before confirming an commande.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, delivery details, project information, and site conditions. Clients should confirm that selected products are suitable for the intended space, use, surface, lighting, humidity, maintenance level, and installation method.

Professional installers should inspect all products before installation. Papier peint should be checked for design, coloris, quantity, dye lot or batch, defects, and instructions before any cutting or hanging begins.

Returns and claims are governed by Empire's Shipping & Returns policy, supplier requirements, and any terms stated on the invoice. Products that have been installed, cut, altered, opened, tinted, damaged, or used may not be eligible for return or claim.

If a product appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Empire promptly before installation or use. Keep all packaging, labels, invoices, and product Matières so the issue can be reviewed.

Empire may provide product guidance, installation information, or referrals, but installation results depend on product type, wall preparation, site conditions, installer skill, adhesive choice, environmental conditions, and compliance with manufacturer instructions. Unless separately agreed in writing, Empire is not responsible for third-party installation work or site conditions outside its control.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, layout, and product presentation, is owned by Empire or used with permission from suppliers, brands, photographers, or Autre rights holders. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, product delays, supplier availability, installation issues, couleur variation, measurement errors, or circumstances beyond Empire's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection or Autre laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts or forums having jurisdiction in Québec, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
